guys I had seen staring part of this movie in mid 90s on star movies channel.can any one know the name of move need ur help

the move starts in some art gallery or some exbition,the women comes out and sees a cab and goes inside the cab,there is another man waiting for her in cab they start kissing and man puts his hand under women's skirt n remove her panties,the cab driver than adjust his mirror n watces them getting cozy on backside.
in nxt scene the women is talking bath and suddenly some one comes and kill her.
