Watch: A Trailer For A Faux Live Action Angry Birds Movie Hits The Internets

"Don't you ever call it 'just a slingshot'!"

The industrious (and might I add, extremely talented) folks at RoosterTeeth.com put together a live action movie trailer for a faux live action adaptation of the wildly popular mobile phone video game Angry Birds. I fear that the trailer won?t make much sense if you are not familiar with the game ? but those of you who know, play, love and obsess over the Angry Birds game ? well, you just might get a kick out of this fun video.

Birds, slingshots, pigs, collapsible housing ? they?re all here. Check out the video below:

LOL!! Is this not the funniest thing you?ve seen all day? I understand that plans are in the works to adapt this Angry Birds game into an animated series ? but I?m not sure it will ever become a live action film. This parody trailer is prolly as close to a live action film as we?ll ever get. I think it?s close enough. Cute vid, ain?t it?

The sport star and his wife have always made an effort to keep their private life out of the limelight, and they managed to do a good job of it too, with a lid being kept on her pregnancy until just a few weeks ago. Even the news of the birth of their twins on 31 March was kept hush hush for several days.

The first-time parents ? married for ten years ? have a double bundle of joy to add to their family, although they have yet to confirm the birth of their daughter and son. ?We value our privacy and would appreciate you not putting this in the paper or online,? Ashley Manning, 31, wrote in an email to The Indianapolis Star.

A source close to the new parents, however, didn?t hold back and told Radar online: ?It is true, it is happy news for them.? According to several websites the tiny tots have been named Marshall Williams Manning and Mosley Thompson Manning.

Things are set to continue looking up for the 2007 Super Bowl winner: In addition to becoming a father, 35-year-old Peyton will most likely soon be adding Hall of Famer to his impressive sporting resume.

Anne Hathaway soon will be joining the cast of Glee ? in an offbeat role she completely invented for herself. ?We just finalized a deal with Anne tonight to come onto the show,? creator Ryan Murphy told PEOPLE on Sunday at the Golden Globe awards, where Glee was also named best comedy or musical for the second straight year.

?She?s already created [her role],? Murphy said. ?She wants to play the Lesbian aunt of Chris Colfer.

Nearly two decades after Pamela Anderson first stalked onto screens the former Baywatch star is still flaunting her beach-ready body at any opportunity.

What is cerebral palsy?

Cerebral palsy is defined by a number of neurological conditions, which usually develop in the brain of a baby when it is either very young, newly born or still in the womb. This abnormal development causes damage to the brain, leading to problems with movement, posture and coordination as the child grows up.

What causes it?

Cerebral palsy is caused by damage to a part of the brain called the cerebrum, which controls the body?s muscles. The damage has a negative effect on the muscles and can inhibit their function.

In the past the condition was associated with problems during labour and birth, but now it is generally accepted these cause only around one in ten cases. Most cases occur due to damage to the brain before the child is born. This may occur due to:

A child with cerebral palsy being examined

Periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) ? this is damage caused to the white matter of the brain, which in turn may be caused by a reduction in the child?s blood supply. An infection, such as rubella, caught by the mother during pregnancy, the mother having low blood pressure, premature birth or the mother using cocaine during pregnancy could all lead to the child?s brain being damaged.
Abnormal brain development ? this could be caused by gene alterations that help the brain develop, infections such as Herpes or trauma to the unborn baby?s head.
Intracranial haemorrhage ? meaning bleeding in the brain. This normally occurs when the unborn baby has a stroke (brought on by pre-existing weakenesses in the baby?s blood vessels, the mother?s high blood pressure, infection during pregnancy).
Damage after birth ? lack of developed resistance to infections such as Meningitis can sometimes lead to brain damage in very early life.

What are the symptoms?

Cerebral palsy is divided into several different categories due to its varied symptoms. These include:

Spastic cerebral palsy ? this affects around 70% of cases and is defined by some muscles becoming tight, weak and stiff, making control of movement difficult.
Ataxic cerebral palsy ? here, problems include difficulty balancing, shaky movements of hands or feet, and speech problems.
Athetoid (dyskinetic) cerebral palsy ? affects 10% of cases, whereby control of muscles is disrupted by spontaneous and unwanted irregular writhing movements. These may be the result of muscles changing very rapidly from being loose and to tight and tense. The muscles used for speech may also be affected, interfering with communication. Control of posture is also disrupted.
Mixed cerebral palsy ? a combination of two or more of the above.

The cerebrum (the part of the brain that is damaged) also partly controls sight, hearing and communcation ability, so those suffering from cerebral palsy can sometimes also experience:

Learning difficulties
Problems speaking or understanding others
Visual or hearing impairment

It has also been linked with other conditions, which sufferers often experience alongside cerebral palsy, such as Epilepsy, scoliosis and incontinence.

How is it treated?

Unfortunately, there is no cure for cerebral palsy, but there are many treatments and therapies available to manage the condition. The patient and his or her family usually work very closely with health professionals to find the best way to deal with it. Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy can also play important roles. Medication is available to relax particularly stiff muscles and surgical procedures have been developed to help combat feeding and drooling problems.

Gael Garcia Bernal welcomes baby girl

Mexican actor� and director Gael Garcia Bernal and his Argentinian girlfriend Dolores Fonzi have become parents to their second child, a sister for their two-year-old son.

The couple, who have named their new born Libertad ? Spanish for freedom ? took to Twitter to announce the happy news. ?We share with you that our daughter was born.?

?Libertad, her name. Libertad!? Bernal tweeted. ?After the best week of my life ? it just keeps getting better ? I thank you infinitely for your congratulations.?

Bernal and Fonzi, who had been friends for several years since starring together in the Spanish movie Vidas Privadas, started dating in 2007 and two years later they welcomed their son Lazaro to the world.

The 32 year old, previously romantically linke with Natalie Portman, became an international star in 2001 after his role in Alfonso Cuaron?s Y Tu Mam� Tambi�n. He has since starred in a number of highly acclaimed movies including Amores Perros and The Motorcycle Diaries. Bernal most recently starred opposite Kate Hudson in romantic comedy A Little Bit Of Heaven.

Movie Review: ?Win Win?

The TV Guide

Last night David and I met up with Tamar and Rob for a fun movie double date and we all had a great time catching up and hanging out. Tam picked the movie, Win Win, and at first I wasn?t all that interested in seeing the movie ? but once I paid attention to the premise of the film, I couldn?t wait to see it. Win Win is not only the best movie I?ve seen this year thus far but it?s prolly one of the best movies I?ve seen in the past year.

I saw the trailer for Win Win a couple of months ago in the theater and, to be honest, it didn?t really grab me. When Tam suggested we see it, I gave the trailer another look and really paid attention. It looked, at the very least, cute so we decided to check it out. Win Win is not only a well acted, well written film ? but it is a touchingly heartfelt cute movie. Paul Giamatti, who always tends to play the same sort of downtrodden, bad luck-attracting character, turns in a superb performance but it is the break-out star Alex Shaffer who really steals the show. I believe Win Win is Shaffer?s first film and I hope it?s not his last. He really gives a great performance as a troubled teen who finds trust and love from people he never expected. Win Win is one of those indie films that takes a mundane story and elevates it to an emotional, heart string-pulling piece of art. No new ground is broken by this film but we do get a great story, with some great characters ? people you actually want to root for. I loved this film entirely. Funny, sad, hopeful and happy ? Win Win is deffo worth your time. I think you might like it as much as I love it!

The movie, which went into production yesterday, follows John McCain?s 2008 presidential campaign where he picked Palin as his second in command. Ed Harris will take on the role of McCain while Woody Harrelson will play Steve Schmidt and Melissa Farman will portray Bristol Palin.

Stunning Angelina Jolie is reportedly in talks to launch her own line of signature scents. The Oscar winner is working out the details with French fragrance house Coty (which recently helped create Sarah Jessica Parker?s perfume) to design her own line of products.

"Angelina wants a very strong input," a source tells Britain's The Mail. "She wouldn?t want a fragrance that she didn?t feel encapsulates her."

Having a perfume line has proven to be a lucrative endeavor for many celebrities. Other stars who have their own super-successful perfumes include Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani.

Given Jolie's unrivaled star power today, it's likely her fragrances will rake in tons of cash. The venture would enable Jolie to continue supporting her many charitable causes. Jolie, 33, is a U.N. Ambassador who reportedly donates one-third of her income to charity.

Angie, a mom of four, is expecting fraternal twins with partner Brad Pitt, 44, this summer. In addition to the blockbuster animated film, Kung Fu Panda (which is in theaters now), Jolie has a movie coming out June 27: the action thriller, Wanted, in which she portrays an assassin.

For those who criticize her decision to play a vigilante, Jolie says, "The idea behind Wanted is not that she's a bad-ass assassin that just likes to kill people. It's that, if you ran into Hitler before he did everything, and you knew, should you shoot him? I would. These assassins are getting lists: They find out who is going to slaughter other people ahead of time and they remove them."

Jolie?who says she wouldn't hesitate to shoot anyone who tries to harm her kids?adds: "It is a confusing thing, certainly for rights activists. Don't read too much into it. I am holding a gun, but there are so many people that have done so many horrible things."

William and Kate: Wedding of the Year Details!!

Prince William and Kate Middelton will marry in just a few short hours and it is all anyone can talk about! It is understandable, the couple is hosting the event of the decade!

The big day is just around the corner, Kate Middleton will soon marry her Prince and an estimated 2 billion people from around the world will watch, while 1900 invited guests will be in the church.

It is being called the wedding of the year, but it is so much more than that. It is the wedding of the decade! I have butterflies for Kate, so I can imagine how the future Princess feels.

Speaking of Princess I bet you are wondering how the titles work and what will change once she officially marries into the Royal family. I know I was curious! Here is how it works:

Once married, Kate will become Her Royal Highness Princess William of Wales, though the media will inaccurately shorten her title to Princess Catherine, a title that is legally reserved for Princesses of birth.

Additionally, upon marriage, royal men receive a title as a and it is expected that William will be named a Duke. According to The Daily Mirror, possible titles include the Duke of Clarence, Duke of Cambridge, Duke of Connaught or the Duke of Sussex. Kate would then become a Duchess. If William doesn?t accept the title, that would leave the couple?s titles as Prince and Princess William.

When Prince Charles becomes King, William would bbecome the Prince of Wales, making Middleton the Princess of Wales, but Charles may choose to pass on the throne directly to William. Reguardless, when William does become king, Kate will become Queen Catherine, though she would not be line to rule if anything happened to her William. Pretty complicated stuff heh?

Well now that is all crealed up so lets go on to some wedding details!

Dr. Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, head of the Church of England, will marry the William and Kate at approximately 11 am BT. It will be a traditional service, with William?s brother as best man, and of course no TWEETING! Kate may wear the same tiara that Queen Elizabeth wore for her wedding, which would be her something borrowed.

Then William and Kate are doing things a bit more modern and breaking from tradition ?a nightclub will be set up in the palace with a professional DJ, a dance floor, lights, and a cocktail bar.

Victoria Beckham reveals the sizzling results of her first lingerie shoot for designer Giorgio Armani.

The mother-of-three has complained in the past that she looks 'really awful naked'.

Looking highly-toned, and without an inch of fat on her slim frame, Victoria even shows off what looks like a six-pack in the highly-stylised photos.

'There are loads of things I don't like about my body', she said. 'I've got so much saggy skin on my stomach.'

She said at the time: 'To be given this opportunity to work with Armani is thrilling. I have so much respect for him.'

Victoria has previously worked as a model, and has recently launched her own collection of dresses under her own label dVb which have won acclaim from the fashion industry's fiercest critics.

Her collaboration with Armani comes as husband David has moved temporarily to Italy's fashion capital, Milan, while on loan to club AC Milan.

Working hard to promote their new movie, Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon were spotted at the premiere of ?Water for Elephants? in Paris, France on Thursday evening (April 28).

The ?Breaking Dawn? stud and the ?Walk the Line? babe showed up at Le Grand Rex Theatre to greet fans and press before heading inside for the screening.

According to costumer Jacqueline West, Reese was a joy to work with on the film, especially given that the wardrobe was so skimpy.

"I didn't have to convince her. In fact, you know these '30s gowns, you can really wear nothing under them and she was so game to do that. She was such a great sport, and I think when she signed on to play this character she knew."

Ms. West continued, "They wore very, very skimpy costumes even for that period, they were like ballet costumes. I think she just decided that's what she is going to do when she signed on to do this, and she was very game. And Reese was also a gymnast, so she knew you couldn't do that kind of thing and have constraining costumes."

Supernatural ?Mommy Dearest? Episode Details & Photos

The CW has released new photo images from Supernatural?s upcoming episode ?Mommy Dearest?, plus details surrounding the unfolding storyline. Set to air on April 29th, the Winchester brothers will come face to face with their mother! They will also be back for a season 7! Get the scoop below the fold.

Fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief now that Supernatural will be exercising demons for another season! Yes a seventh year with Sam and Dean! Announced by the CW yesterday, the series, created by Eric Kripke has yet again surpassed its expected expiration date. From the beginning the Winchesters were only suppose to stick around for five seasons. So what?s up next for the famous Winchester brothers? This coming week the hunt for Eve still continues with the hopes that Castiel can find her whereabouts.

When Cas? super powers can?t even track the Mother of All Evil down, Bobby manages to gather enough clues after researching Eve and the guys take a road trip to a small Oregon town where she is torturing and experimenting on the local townspeople, turning them into monsters and hybrid forms we have never seen before!

Also part of the scary bunch is Mary Winchester, who Eve is reportedly using to win her battle. Although we aren?t sure how she will appear, it sounds like this won?t be a sappy mother/son reunion by any means. You never can tell though with the cast and crew of the series, so I guess we?ll have to wait and see. Lenore, a vampire from season 2 will also pop up in this latest episode. Recently dishing about the episode, show runner Sera Gamble explained that Mommy Dearest ?will be a big mythology episode.?

Denis Quaid opens up about cocaine addiction

Dennis Quaid has made surprised quite a few people with his revelations of cocaine addiction in his past. The seemingly clean cut actor has admitted in an essay he penned for Newsweek that he fell foul of the drug?s addictive qualities when he first moved to Los Angeles in 1974 to forge an acting career.

Quaid?s honest appeal comes at a time when his career has turned a new corner, currently appearing in Soul Surfer; the Bethany Hamilton biopic.

Denis Quaid puts his cocaine addiction firmly in the past

?It was very casual at first,? he scribed. ?That?s what people were doing when they were at parties. Cocaine was even in the budgets of movies, thinly disguised. It was petty cash, you know? It was supplied, basically, on movie sets because everyone was doing it. People would make deals. Instead of having a cocktail, you?d have a line.?

Quaid?s addiction began the same as many; insecurity playing a big part thanks to his meteoric rise to fame of which he felt undeserving, and having hailed from a lower-middle-class family he found the new attention had to handle. Cocaine provided the cushion which softened the blow.

?By the time I was doing The Big Easy, in the late 1980s, I was a mess,? he stated. ?I was getting an hour of sleep a night. I had a reputation for being a ?bad boy,? which seemed like a good thing, but basically I just had my head stuck up my ass.?

The warning signs soon came and following a gig with his band, The Electrics, there was a bust-up and the group split, ?just like in the movie�The Commitments, because it all got too crazy.?

In what alcoholics refer to as a ?moment of clarity? Quaid sought the help he needed to kick the filthy drug and clean himself up again.

A stint in rehab put him straight but his career suffered as a result. Throughout the 90?s he starred in some stinkers. His marriage to Meg Ryan lasted the duration of what he describes as a personal reshaping but in 2001 the pair divorced.

?But that time in my life ? those years in the ?90s recovering ? actually chiseled me into a person,? he wrote. ?It gave me the resolve and a resilience to persevere in life. If I hadn?t gone through that period, I don?t know if I?d still be acting. In the end, it taught me humility. I really learned to appreciate what I have in this life.?

Famed fitness guru Richard Simmons is featured in a new airline safety video for Air New Zealand where the sparkly fitness trainer, all decked out in his standard shorty shorts work-out wear, instructs the passengers aboard Air New Zealand on flying safety procedures. Yeah, you kinda just have to see it to believe it.

American fitness guru Richard Simmons gets flight attendants dancing down the aisle in the latest in-flight safety video by Air New Zealand. The camp workout God, dressed in a sequinned vest and tiny shorts, turns the regulation safety precautions before take-off into an exercise class in the quirky clip, called Fit to Fly. Surrounded by airline staff dressed in colourful Lycra, fluorescent leg warmers and sweat bands, he tells passengers: ?In the next three minutes we?re going to work hard, work out and get you fit to fly.? As 80s Yazz hit The Only Way Is Up pumps out, the fitness fanatic calls out instructions on how flyers can get rid themselves of bingo wings and get fit while in the air. Simmons turns the act of stowing luggage into a warm-up exercise. ?Stretch and slide, yeah! You?re a giraffe,? he exclaims. To inflate your life jacket, in the event of a sea landing, Simmons instructs passengers to ?blow and blow and blow?. He adds: ?Yeah, you?re pumping it up.? Air New Zealand general manager of marketing and communications Mike Tod has defended the light-hearted nature of the safety briefing video, and claims it will get passengers ?sitting up and taking notice?. ?Simmons?s fitness moves will definitely ensure that all eyes are on the safety briefing,? said Tod ? The new Fit to Fly safety video goes live today onboard Air New Zealand?s narrowbody aircraft fleet which fly around New Zealand and short-haul routes. It will roll out on the airline?s widebody aircraft including flights from London from 1 May.

This has GOT to be the best thing ever. I fly so much, I honestly do not pay attention to the flight safety videos anymore ? but if this crazy clip came on, I would deffo perk up and pay attention. This is genius! And now I have a fun reason to want to fly Air New Zealand to New Zealand ;)
